Use of technological tools in English language learning among students at the Autonomous University of Guerrero

This research presents the integration of technological tools in higher education by students and teachers at the Universidad Autónoma de Guerrero (UAGro). The goal is to improve the use of technological tools to enrich the learning the English language. The applied methodology is a questionnaire and interview that allow collecting information that is supported with real results in the studied context so that the research answers the question: how to enrich the learning of English language through the use of technological tools? This research carried out referring to the tools most used today, allow obtaining data to tabulate, classify, describe and analyze the relevant information. The questionnaire data is analyzed through the Likert scale, and the information obtained from the interview is analyzed through the word cloud technique. In this sense, it is determined that teaching improvements can be adapted and implemented at UAGro using technological tools to the maximum to raise the knowledge rates in the English learning process.
